USGA and the Following Local Rules Shall Govern All Play
- Out of Bounds is defined by white stakes.
- Water hazards are defined by yellow stakes.
- Lateral water hazards are defined by red stakes.
- Environmentally sensitive areas are defined by green caps on hazard stakes. Do not enter areas marked as environmentally sensitive.
- Free drop from the following: a) tree wells, b) stakes, c) storm drain inlets, d) structures, e) cart paths.
General Course Etiquette and Information
- Golfers are encouraged to play Ready Golf.
- Thousand Acres is a non-metal spike facility.
- Proper golf attire must be worn at all times.
- Replace all divots and repair all ball marks.
- Rake bunkers after use, leave rake in bunkers.
- Outside ice chests and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Minors are not permitted to drive golf carts.
- Golfers are responsible for their errant golf balls.
- No spectators allowed.
- All players must sign in before beginning play.
- One set of clubs required per player.
