Nestled in the northeastern section of the community, Poland Run Heights homesites offer spectacular views of the valley and wetlands created by Poland Run. Located along Little Snaggy Mountain Road, take your first right, from the entrance to Thousand Acres, onto Little Snaggy Mountain Road. The first left is Poland Vista North Lane and the second left is Poland Heights Lane. As the access road names imply, homesites within Poland Run Heights offer commanding, views of golf holes #2 and #3 with filtered views of holes #7, #8, and #4 through the protected woodlands of Poland Run (a class III stream that is a tributary to Deep Creek Lake) and the smaller streams and wetlands that feed Poland Run. All homesites are gently contoured and offer a southerly exposure. Appropriate green space easements, as shown on the detail plat, will be in place to protect the stream courses and drainages and to offset the main road from the housing areas.
